This is the Privacy Policy for the Kaplan University Open Courseware website (the "Site"), which is operated by Kaplan, Inc. ("Kaplan," “we,” or “us”).  This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site and not to other websites or services operated by Kaplan or its subsidiaries or affiliates.
