You wrote a draft of your learning autobiography in Unit Five. In this unit, you will revise and finalize your learning autobiography based on what you have learned from the readings and discussions in this course.
EL200-4: Analyze learning acquired outside of the classroom in the context of higher education
After completing this unit, you should be able to
- Revise your learning autobiography, analyzing the learning you have received outside the classroom
- Reading: Chapter 4 in Earn College Credit for What You Know will describe the Council on Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL) standards for PLA.
- Discussion Questions: You will discuss how your learning autobiography ties together the learning you acquired outside the classroom to your educational goals, and you will discuss which standards of CAEL are most important and defend your position.
- Project: You will revise and edit your learning autobiography.
